The mute button is pushed in. I assume the receiver is good, and power plug a Shure original universal plug, which appears to be in fine shape. Comes in an original Shure plastic box with foam padding. I saw YouTube videos on how to repair it, but its beyond my talent range.

Also, it has a second power supply and 1/4 to - 3 foot shielded wire. This unit is not tested. I do not know if it functions.
