Up until last year this mic was used regularly for blue grass, folk jazz and ambient recordings performs wonderfully. This mic is fully functional and working. There are 2 things of note.
However, after many years as a recording engineer and doing live sound, I am now semi-retired in the process of thinning out my mic locker. This is not an issues since today most pres offer more than enough gain control so that it needed. With 9 polar patterns there is really no situation where this mic can't used. First one channel is a bout 1-2 db lower than the other, which easily corrected by increasing gain in that through you pre-amp.
You won't regret it. It comes with carrying case, patter box, shock mount, wind screen and two cables one longer shorter. I need to have one that was in good condition and performance.
Also, the pad switch is missing. Here is one of the holy Grail's microphones, which I hate to say good bye. It took me a long time to find this mic. I never thought would sell it but life moves on.
