These are made to mate with the KM100-series microphone preamps module. This one is complete, but has issues. Nonetheless, I must list this for parts or repair, as you'll have a bit of work to put it use.

That said, i've tested this part on a KM100 preamps and it works, delivering good sound at the proper level. There may be other methods, but they're beyond my abilities.
