Review AKG Es Dynamic Microphone 1960s Vintage Rare Case And Sleeve Tested

The case has some small amounts of wear. I see no flaws or wear on the microphone, my guess is that it wan't used a lot and mainly stayed in protective case. AKG 119 ES vintage microphone in excellent condition made Austria. Comes with a case velvety red lining and snap button closure, also come original AKG protective sleeve.

He mentioned it has a band where the model number is that you can turn to adjust db / Hz. THERE IS A VIDEO make sure to check it out. I have looked online and cannot find a similar case sleeve for this microphone. Some proceeds go to charity, SVDPMPLS.

All switches work great as expected. Tested by a retired audio engineer in Feb 2025 he said the mic is working crisp and clear. This is a real special set for vintage audio recording collectors.
