The shock mount is missing cord and bracket which you can get from Cad. Cad e100 2 recording microphone I started with the original twenty something years ago.

I never really used the bulky shock mount and mounted directly to mic stand had any vibration problems. I think it is one of the highest quality mics compared to units twice cost and more.
