They are virtually identical and both have XLR connectors. They served me well and I no longer need them. These are two Sony ECM-50 microphones I bought used a few years ago for documentary project. Included is an after-market plastic case, one wind screen and spare lapel clip.

One is a ECM-50PS model, the other ECM-50P model. Both have lapel clips. I'm also including 2 new batteries.
