No bogus handling charges here. It is not as good a Newman or Tannhauser an AKG condenser, but it only cost fraction of the big boys. I have no idea of what the current market might be, so I'll start at $45 and see if anyone is interested. It was an inexpensive little tool, but its been handy when I needed a 'quick-fix' in the studio, and have also used it live sound on occasion for horn solos, few times violins.
This mics power comes from any normal AA alkaline battery. The beauty of this mic is that you can have condenser benefits WITHOUT needing phantom power. This mic has been in my microphone collection for at least 35 years.
