Mesanovic model 2 passive ribbon mic. I preferred using this with my focus rite ISS preamps since it had lots of gain. Acoustic guitar sounded fantastic.
Quite sure i'll miss this, but its a mic that should be getting used. I always stored this upright just in case of any ribbon sag supposedly these don't sag, but wan't going to take that chance. Would be wonderful as an overhead takes cymbals very, very well, any percussion duties.
Pretty much the perfect mic for most applications. Only the front of mic case is slightly smudged on lettering. Easily the best ribbon mic i've ever used as far hi-fie, 3 dimensional sound and broad frequency spectrum. Only selling because I want to purchase other gear and need sell a high value item.
In incredibly excellent condition. High level mic. All stringed instruments sounded marvelous and accurate through this. I am for sure a fool selling this mic, but it doesn't get used nearly as much should.
Incredibly accurate, yet warm and crisp. However, I was too afraid to use it as a vocal mic blowing into. I only used it for instruments and yes, did record horns with it, so the ribbon got moved, but was also away.
These sell for over new.
