I used some from a rig to test. The unit comes with a power cable but does not come the 4 BNC antennas. The four frequencies are: 210.425 210.950 214.325 215.675, I've been able to test each channel individually and have confirmed that all 4 pass audio. The unit is tuned to 4 frequencies and well labeled on the transmitter receivers.
