Some Specifications. The U 87 in this listing is a classic high end microphone that has been production since 1967. The microphone is much newer than the box. It features there delectable polar patterns: Unidirectional, Cardioid, and Figure 8.

Primarily used for capturing the sound of vocals and speech. It also features two delectable settings: Sensitivity: Position 1: dB 2: -10. Low-Cut Filter. The Box supplied with this particular is the original type of box it came in, but was mistakenly swapped that another identical microphone; as a result serial numbers don't match.

It is mostly used in recording studios, although it also being for broadcasting and live events. This is a wired microphones using the XLR3 connector.
