The flag can be easily removed if necessary. There is a rotary switch on the back which allows user to select between ribbon and dynamic elements or both depending upon application. This is a very nice, fully functional ribbon and or dynamic microphone. There is a swivel mount on the stand adapter to allow adjustment angle from audio source.
It has been fully tested and works as near like new condition. The output signal cord is approximately 3 feet long and terminates with a standard male xlr connector. It includes a flag attached amp radio that was originally used on boom stand above the talent for recording.
