Details:

Each of the SONY tube microphones has two small diaphragm 3/4 condenser elements. The original owners manual is included. The boots on the cables are deteriorating. One microphone is missing a standoff because someone broke the threads off in housing.

These microphones are not a matched pair. One half is correct, the other from some similar connector. If you turn up the gain on preamps, its fine. I have replaced the tube in each microphone with N.O.S.

I have repaired the output cables from microphones. The new tubes are excellent low noise. I had to modify that incorrect part make it work properly. The microphones are in good operating condition.

The C-107 was produced in limited numbers, and are very rare. One of the DIN type connectors for one microphone output cable has an incorrect internal shield. One microphone is missing the Sony badge. I have replaced all the capacitors in microphones.

It is from the same era as C-37A and its specifications are similar. The microphones have scratches, scuffs and tape residue on them. This contains schematics for the microphones and power supplies. The power supplies also provide a switchable high cut filter and three-position low.

I have replaced rotted out foam in the microphones. No processing was used. I was unable to remove the broken section of thread in order replace standoff. The C-107 model offers functions not found in the C-57 the is switchable between Omani and cardio id, because CP-4 power supply has controls to continuously remotely vary directional pattern achieved by these dual elements, variable from Unidirectional Cardio id Figure 8.

I have cleaned the controls in power supplies. Each microphone comes with a small accessory box which contains extra lamps and fuse. That microphone is also missing the case screw that mates with standoff. I have replaced the foam in carrying cases.

Included are a bag of extra connectors and hardware for the cables. I am selling these microphones for a friend who is retired recording engineer.
